Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers must pay the full delivery fee in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

Delivery fees are not refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Orders that are refused or canceled after shipment are still considered shipped, and the delivery fee remains payable.
