Returns
We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, contact us at proj.establishment@gmail.com.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup through our delivery partner. The courier will contact you directly to schedule collection.
Important Conditions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including orders that qualified for free shipping
- Returns are only accepted after approval from our team
Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or item changes within 14 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, email us at proj.establishment@gmail.com, and our team will arrange it through our delivery partner.
Exchanges are processed subject to item availability.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed via Instapay. Shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
