We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at proj.establishment@gmail.com — once approved, we'll arrange a pickup through our delivery partner, who will contact you to schedule collection. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, even on orders that had free shipping, and returns are only accepted after our team's approval.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at proj.establishment@gmail.com so we can review and resolve it.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about your refund approval. Approved refunds are processed via InstaPay. Shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval with no refund, reach out to proj.establishment@gmail.com.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on the shipping option chosen. For Cairo & Giza: standard shipping takes 5–8 days, express takes 2–4 days. For other governorates: 5–8 days.
